This drawing, SM 66/5/4, SM 66/5/7 and SM 66/5/5 show the same part of Wren's Hospital as SM 66/5/2 and SM 66/5/6, though they are dated later and relate to later alterations: slightly varied room allocations ('Secretary' is labelled on SM 66/5/4 of a room that was previously the Comptroller's) and some pencil additions including staircase alterations. The layout of rooms is similar in both sets of drawings.
