Notes
This drawing, SM 67/2/6, SM 67/2/1 and SM 67/2/2 show two variant (unexecuted) designs. The plans vary in size: (SM 67/2/6) - 27'6" wide x 30" deep; (SM 67/2/1) - 35'x 27'. The ground floor accommodation is the same: parlour, pantry, kitchen and wash house though this plan has additional 'Offices or Cellar'. The stairs vary in type and location.
The plan of SM 67/2/6 relates to the perspective of SM 67/2/1 with its double-height porch framed by pilasters. Similarly the plan shown here relates to the perspective of SM 67/2/2 with its wider, windowed porch set in a double-height, semi-circular-headed arch. The side elevations of drawings SM 67/2/1 and SM 67/2/2 with their tall windows set in blind arches are the same except that SM 67/2/1 has pilastered corners.
