C.J. Richardson (1809-1871, pupil and assistant 1824-1837) (see notes)
Notes
This drawing was made after the completion of the Clerk of Works' House. It is most likely (given the similarity of draughtsmanship and the maturity of the surrounding garden represented) to be by C.J. Richardson in the 1830s (indeed SM volume 79/1 and SM volume 79/3 are inscribed as such).
