This design is similar to that of SM 80/1/4 - a two-storey structure with blind arcading framing round-arched windows, projecting wings and a cornice which (although faintly) suggests the roundel-metope/triglyph arrangement of the previous group of drawings. The projecting wings show a skyline ornament of three tall brickwork arches, framed by twin 'blocks' with fluted pilasters on each corner.
