Purpose
Alternative designs and record drawing for a chimneypiece for the 1st drawing room (now the yellow drawing room), 1770-71 (4)
Notes
Adam volume 22/198 was executed by Joseph Nollekens (1737-1823) and remains in situ. The frieze in Adam volume 22/194 is identical to the doorcases for this room, which are similar to those in the saloon at Saltram.
