Flier open: principal (first) floor plan of a house, same as SM Adam volume 48/34. Rooms include a drawing room, dressing room, lobby, hall and eating room. The pink coloured wash denotes the proposed additions
Flier closed: alternative option for the bow, comprising a shallower bow without a staircase, and a proposed curved staircase between the lobby and hall. There is a pencil sketch of additions to one end of the building, including a staircase and circular tower
