Notes

Stone blocks, let into the cellar walls, secure the hinges and lock of the oak door.

It is very likely that the carefully devised door, to what must have been an excellent wine cellar, was executed though it is not there now (1999). The whitewashed brick partitions and shelves for wine are intact.
