Purpose
[13] Design for a lodge, c.1781, unexecuted
Aspect
Principal elevation (in part) of a single-storey, five-bay lodge with flanking wings with front and side bows, all over a half-sunk basement. There is a portico over the central three bays over the lodge, with Tuscan columns, and a balustraded parapet at roof level to the lodge and ends of the flanking wings. The entire elevation is adorned with string coursing, square-headed windows with sills, and moulded cornices
