Notes
The pink wash indicates the ground floor while the sepia wash seems to show the basement. The smoke and warm air flues run in a circle around the hall and through the exedra; the following plan shows further ducts in the stair well. Seven of the eight circular (brass) ventilators shown on the plan still exist and a ducting system under the stone paved floor is also extant.
