Notes

Dance's domed lantern shown in [SM D1/13/4] has been replaced by a vaulted ceiling with a flat, circular centre. The simple intersecting glazing pattern in the upper windows varies from the executed design. Mouchettes, shown in the spandrels of these upper windows, were not executed. A lozenge-decorated frieze is shown.
