Notes

As executed and extant except that when F. P. Cockerell added another floor in 1862, the decorated cappings were removed, the turrets heightened, and the cappings replaced. These cappings, though plainer, have the Indian quality of those at Ashburnham Place and the London gate at Stratton Park.
