Purpose
[3] Finished drawing for a house, 1763-65, unexecuted
Aspect
Elevation of a three-storey, thirteen-bay house with a hipped roof, and a central drum and dome, and ornamented with a frieze of fluting, enclosed rosettes and ox skulls. The end bays are framed by porticos of paired giant Doric columns, and there is a portico of giant Doric columns across the central five bays supporting a pediment with three acroteria
