Notes
The design corresponds broadly to the 'as built' plan ([SM D1/10/23]) except that, for example, the dining room in the southwest corner is unresolved and Beaumont's sitting room has two instead of four swept corners. The alcoves in the Polygon Hall are shown as semicircular - as built, these were five-sided. The existing masonry, shown in sepia wash, and its dimensions relate to Dance's survey drawings, dated 3 June 1804 ([SM D1/9/2]).
