Notes

The design is in a stripped Tudor style with Tudor-arched windows under hood moulds, and with a plainly columned porch. The orientation, with the offices shown on the right-hand side of the house, seems to be the same as in Design F.

Since the drawing is uninscribed, it is possible that it relates to another scheme though nothing has been found that corresponds.
