Design F is quite close to the final design with, for example, a porte-cochere, Hall of Entrance and, importantly, Polygon Hall on a central axis but it does not incorporate any part of the existing building and the orientation differs, being north/south rather than east/west as in earlier schemes so that, for example, the entrance is on the north side, the offices (not shown) to the west instead of the (up to now) usual west entrance with offices to the north.
