This is the same design as [SM D3/14/2], except that the part-attic storey has been removed and the central bow stands alone. Here Dance experiments with roundel and elongated 'S' decoration for the cornice, with window guards on the first floor and alternative treatments of the flanking ground floor windows.
The four drawings are all by Dance. In [SM D3/14/1] he shows the glazing bars as white on a dark sepia wash background, achieving this by scraping or scoring the bars.
