Side elevation of a two-storey, five-bay building over a half-sunk basement. The outer bays are circular crenelated towers with conical roofs. There is a continuous stringcourse above the first floor, as well as machicolated cornices, and crenelations. There are a mixture of square, segmental-arched and slit windows as well as oculi
