This is quite close to the plan for lease [SM D4/10/12] though the dimensions vary by a foot or two and amendments that replace a wall with piers in the staircase hall pencilled in here are fully drawn out on [SM D4/10/12]. The plan of the porch, for example, differs from that shown on [SM D4/10/21].
