Aspect
Longitudinal section from east to west of a two-storey building with a central clock tower. There are staircases in the east rooms and ground-floor of the west room and the floor levels are the same across the building. The first-floor central room, below the clock tower is domed. There is a spiral staircase leading to the clock tower with a bell at the top
