[8] Design for the elevation of a castellated-style stables, 1791, unexecuted
Aspect
Elevation of a single-storey stable range comprising a central gate-house-style opening comprising a large archway flanked by turrets and surmounted by a crenelated clock tower, and terminating in two large pavilions with arched openings. There are a mixture of lancet, rectangular and slit windows as well as oculi. The elevation is decorated with crenelations, crosses, machicolated cornices and weathervanes
