Principal (first) floor plan comprising a series of rooms arranged around a grand central staircase within a square footprint with a central rear canted bay. There is an additional staircase on one side. Rooms include a dressing room, two bedchambers and two drawing rooms. There are pencil additions showing the planned ceiling decoration for the two front drawing rooms
