This is related to the rough plan on the verso of [SM D3/14/33] that has five domed compartments within a lozenge superimposed on a Greek cross. There is, on the verso of [SM D1/3/6] for Stratton Park, a rough pencil perspective (made c.1804) of a shallow dome with scalloped (fan shell) decoration that may possibly relate to the design catalogued here.
