Notes

The west elevation, rendered in a rain-washed technique, has a pinnacled west entrance tower with an upper stage that has a lancet window and decorative gabling. The pre-archaeological Gothic design is strikingly angular on plan and in the details, curvilinear forms being found only in the windows and the details of the interior.
