The dimensions of the freehand section correspond to those of the contract elevation [SM volume 19/20] and the purpose of the drawing may lie in the very rough elevation with shouldered openings (dimensioned 1.6 and 3.0) and a rough elevation of a Diocletian window rather than the lunette window that was built.
