Preliminary design for a mausoleum, ND
Aspect
Rough elevtion of a single-storey cruciform(?) mausoleum, with a central door, flanked by engaged Doric columns and urn-filled niches, and surmounted by an inscription panel, tablets of swags, sphinxes and an urn on a pedestal. Beyond this is the stepped pyrmidal roof. The central body of the mausoleum is flanked by projecting wings ornamented with sarcophagi within square-headed niches
