[42] Design for a chimneypiece for the square dressing room, 1773, possibly executed
Aspect
Elevation of a chimneypiece with a lining bordered with a band of inverted laurel leaf tips. The pilaster stiles are ornamented with an acanthus scroll with a central band of beading. The frieze is ornamented with a continuous band of calyx wreaths, which enclose rosettes set within roundels of beading. The frieze is surmounted by a band of laurel leaf tips and a moulded band
