The Day Book gives Mansfield as 'attending in Charles St / ¼ Day' that is
George Mansfield , Surveyor (May 1797 - December 1800)

Notes

Alterations to the basement floor were minor: a wall to enclose the 'Coals &c' and two walls to make a space for cleaning 'Shoes & Knives'.
