[24] Design for a mirror frame for the drawing room, 1778, possibly executed

Aspect

Elevation of a mirror frame surmounted by a figurative roundel. Swags link to pilasters supporting a platform behind. This has a frieze of laurel leaf tips and supports an urn, flanked by figures bearing festoons and further urns. All this is flanked by winged griffins forming grotesques
