Third variant, finished drawings for Holy Trinity Church, Marylebone, London, November 1820 (8)
Notes
These plans and elevations refer to a variant church design notable for its hooded dome, and can be distinguished from another variant scheme from 1820 in its use of a wide curved front staircase without projections, and the free-standing columns supporting the dome as opposed to the engaged columns of the other scheme. The side entrances are dispensed with, and the tower is multi-tiered, with SM 54/1/16 showing the columns as not being engaged.
