Plan of the second storey of a circular building, with three recessed windows, behind screens of two columns, lighting a central circular room, and alternating with bays containing windows, articulated by pilasters, and the windows light small circular chambers, one of which contains a spiral staircase, and there is a rough pencil-drawn segmental design for ornamentation in the bottom left-hand corner
