Plan of the ground floor and principal elevation of a two-storey, domed octagonal tower, arcaded on the ground floor and containing a staircase, with a semicircular arcade, with a pitched roof, around the rear half of the building. The room within the upper register is illuminated by square windows in the octagonal tower. There are and oculus windows in the arcade
