Notes

This is the only surviving design for the one pair floor of the new offices, which has two bed chambers and two closet. The design corresponds with a plan of the ground floor (drawing [58]).

The date of 'February 1812' refers to when the drawing was delivered to Praed. The drawing was made in January 1812 by either Charles Tyrrell or Robert Chantrell.
