The dining room pier glasses were executed in accordance with the drawing, and are almost identical to a contemporary Adam design for pier glasses for Sir Laurence Dundas (SM Adam volume 20/13). The same design was then reused by Adam in 1766 for John Luke Niccol (SM Adam volume 20/2).
