Westminster Palace, London

This single drawing by an unidentified draughtsman, probably Dutch, can be linked with a group of four designs of 1660 for triumphal entrances in the City of London at the RIBA, attributable to Peter Mills, and drawn by Edward Pearce (See C. Stevenson, 'Occasional Architecture in Seventeenth-Century London', Architectural History, vol. 49, 2006, pp. 35-74, and figs 13, 15).
