Letter, dated 15 May 1791

The letter relates to drawings 9-11 (made on 14 and 15 May 1791). It describes the building materials required, for example, 150 loads of timber from Memel or Riga or Dantzig. Bricks were to be made on site, stone (and some bricks) re-used from demolished walls. It seems that a Mr McFarlane was to find a 'proper person' to supervise the works.
