Design for a house with brewery for Mr Dudeny, December 1800

The name 'Dudeny' comes from the office Day Book for Friday 19th of December 1800 viz.' Henry Peters Esqr / Abt Plans of Mr Dudenys / House' (as also 23 December). There seems to be no further entries and it must be assumed that the scheme was dropped.

Thomas Sword
The office Day Book for 17 December 1800 has Seward (pupil and assistant May 1794 - September 1808) and Sword. Sword is Thomas Sword (dates not known) pupil January 1799 - 1804. Probably drawn by Sword on account of the pencil guide lines which were not erased.
