Drawings 41 to 46 are similar perspectives of Soane's last design for a villa at Acton. However, at this point there is a certain amount of crossover of ideas from Acton to Pitzhanger and it may be that these designs were intended for either or for both projects simultaneously.

All of the drawings take the form of a rectangular villa, with one front articulated by four Ionic columns surmounted by figurative statues and the entrance front by a porch with two Ionic columns, set at a splay and surmounted by vases.

All the drawings except drawing 42 show low walls at basement level that link the projecting porches on the south and north sides to the main body of the villa. Drawings 41 and 43 show these as straight whereas drawings 44 to 46 indicate a curved wall, corresponding to the plan of drawing 38. Other differing features include the addition of statues clad in Roman military garb, added to the low curved wall in drawing 46 and the large skylight (as in drawing 28) added to drawing 41. Drawing 42 appears to be an alternative design for the opposite front to the entrance front.
