Working drawing for the floor timbers and flues in the new wing, 27 March 1790

Five flues are from the ground floor and seven are continuing from the basement. The binders, bridging joists and ceiling joints are made of whole timber, as specified in Soane's note on the drawing. He has also written a reminder that the binders joists are framed 'not' to meet.
