Plans of house with domestic offices, not dated (2)

The simple plan, made by N. Shenton, bricklayer (see mention of his name on drawing 18) tallies with the ground floor plan shown on drawing 20 as far as the plan form of the house goes (dark sepia wash) but the domestic offices differ. Soane's drawing 18 for the basement floor has the kitchen, servants hall, pantry and larder as well as three cellars but then (minus the cellars) so does the accompanying ground floor plan (drawing 20). Soane's drawing 37 (dated one year later - 24 February 1794) is for a detached wing around two sides of a courtyard housing the brewhouse, laundry, wash house, dairy and two unlabelled rooms.
Shenton's drawing shows a different arrangement of the offices. It might be a survey drawing incorporating changes since Soane's designs for the offices of 1794 (if those were carried out) made before the second phase of building at Sulby Lodge, 1824 (see on).
