Drawings 49, 51 and 52 probably date from late September 1800 as they record Pitzhanger largely as it was before Soane's demolition of the old house. However, there are suggested alterations added to the surveys. The draughtsmanship of drawings 49 and 51 along with the estimated date suggest that they are probably by Seward or Sword.

Drawing 49, which shows the ground floor, includes pencil suggestions for a lawn front articulated by columns and there is a small sketch for a staircase in the bottom right corner (very like the staircase at the later 13 Lincoln's Inn Fields). Drawings 51 shows the chamber floor and drawings 52 and 53 the attics, corresponding to drawing 49's ground floor. Drawing 52 has been cropped at bottom leaving the inscription unreadable. Although drawing 50 dates to 1806, it is clearly a finished copy of drawing 49 that was published (with a few modifications) as Plate II of Soane's Plans, Elevations, and Perspective Views, of Pitzhanger Manor-House, and of the Ruins of an Edifice of Roman Architecture, Situated on the Border of Ealing Green, with A Description of the Ancient and Present State of the Manor-House, in a letter to a friend (1833).
