Drawings 13 and 14 correspond precisely in their layout, one being the basement and one the ground floor plan of this design. In some respects they are very similar to the design for villa B - the projecting curved bays remain, as do the four lawn front columns. However, this design differs in the addition of an interesting quadrant-shaped, stepped porch with two columns.
