There are two plans showing variant designs for the first storey of the house (Adam volumes 35/77 and 35/78). The two notable differences between the variant plans are that SM Adam volume 35/77 has two rear-wing extensions, while SM Adam volume 35/78 only has one, and that SM Adam volume 35/77 has a single powdering room between the two rear apartments, while the same space in Adam volume 35/78 is divided into two closets.
