The notes and observations and appendix are by Cromwell Mortimer. Four leaves signed o4, containing the divisional title-page to part 2 and 'Table Of The Processes', have been inserted between pp. 200 and 201. ESTC t133369; Goldsmiths' 7821.

Binding C18th mottled calf, double-rule gilt borders and spine.
