Drop-head title. With a list of 'Subscribers' Names Already Received.' (pp. 6--8). 'The work will be handsomely printed in Quarto, in three Volumes, Price to Subscribers, Six Guineas, and having been some time in the Press, will be ready for delivery to Subscribers on the 10th of February, and for sale to the Public on the 24th. Subscriptions will continue to be received until the 20th of January, after which the price will be advanced.' (p. 6).

Copy Notes Bound (and almost certainly distributed) with six other printed flyers in a copy of the December 1815 issue of The Gentleman's Magazine (q.v., copy 3). Partly unopened.
