Copy Notes Inscribed in pencil on front free-endpaper in the bookseller Thomas Boone's hand Collated & Perfect. Bound as purchased as a set with nine other volumes by John and Samuel Ireland, on Hogarth (2 vols, q.v.), Holland (q.v.), and the rivers Thames (2 vols, q.v.), Avon (q.v.), Wye (q.v.) and Medway (q.v.).

Binding C19th mottled calf, gilt double-rule borders, gilt-tooled spines with sunbursts, black and green spine-labels, marbled edges and endpapers. Uniform with six other works by John and Samuel Ireland (see above).
