[London]: [1832].
[4] p. ; 27.8 cm. (4º)

Half-sheet, folded, verso and conjugate leaf blank. Dated 'Nov. 1832' from '87, Aldersgate Street, London.' Purchasers of the original edition (q.v.), which had just missed details of the Reform Act (1832) and census of 1831, could exchange even 'soiled or damaged' copies for the new 'corrected' second edition 'on payment of the difference only' and provided that they paid for the postage. Soane, however, a subscriber for a large paper copy of the original edition, does not seem to have availed himself of this opportunity to upgrade the book.

Copy Notes Copy 1: Originally folded and sealed as a letter and inscribed in ink on the final verso Sir John Soane.
Copy 2: 32.0 cm. Lacking the blank conjugate leaf.

Binding Copy 1: Loose bifolium.
Copy 2: Loose sheet.

Reference Number 2650
