This is the first book on architectural practice. The author was an original member of the Institute of British Architects in 1834, however no buildings by him are known. Half-title reads 'Architects And Architecture.'. BAL Early printed books, no. 2307.

Binding C19th black morocco-grain roan, gilt-tooled spine and covers with interlacing circular scrolls and stylised botanical motifs, gilt edges.
