In this edition printer's name (Thomas Newcomb) is printed in red. With a preliminary imprimatur leaf, signed: Norfolke & Marshall. Gregory King is supposed to be the author of the text but he allowed Francis Sandford to affix his name to the title-page (DNB). Wing S652; ESTC r22422.
