A translation of Drelincourt's Libitinae trophaea [tropaea], first published in 1680; the third edition was published with imprint: Lugd. Batav.: Apud Felicem Lopez, 1689. Drelincourt was one of the sons of the French Calvinist preacher Charles Drelincourt (1595--1669), and brother of Peter Drelincourt (1644--1722), Dean of Armagh.
Copy Notes Inscribed in ink on title-page Ex Dono Authoris. Front free-endpaper inscribed in pencil 6d.
Binding Late C17th/early C18th sheep, gilt roll-tooled borders, rebacked in C19th blind double-ruled calf.
