Half-sheet, folded. Drop head title; final page blank. The text on page 2 is signed and dated 'Seth Smith, Wilton Crescent, Belgrave Square. June 1831.' This leaflet advertises the availability of two buildings on the North and South sides of Motcomb Street for the sale of carriages on commission, works of art, musical instruments, warehousing of wine, &c. as well as for the supply of Seth Smith's Patent Metallic Chimney Linings (illustrated on p. [3]). Page 1 is mainly taken up with three unsigned illustrations showing the street-fronts of the two buildings.

Copy Notes Folded and loosely inserted in Description of the patent metallic lining and damper for ... chimneys ... invented by Mr. Seth Smith (q.v.).
